As per the norms set by the Central Board of Secondary Education, a managing committee oversees the academic functioning of the school. They constitute the higher decision making as well as the consulting body. The managing committee of St. Francis School Indirapuram, Ghaziabad is constituted of 15 members as follows:
1. The head of the school
2. One representative of the school, nominated by the Chairman of the Society of Franciscan Brothers, Khera Khurd, Delhi.
3. Two teachers of the school co-opted by the managing committee out of a panel of ten senior-most teachers of the school by rotation.
4. The remaining members of the managing committee including the chairman and manager of the school are nominated by the governing body of the Society of Franciscan Brothers, Khera Khurd, Delhi.
